SIAL Paris, the major international food exhibition

A new edition of SIAL Paris, the International Food Fair, is being held in Paris, France, from 16 to 20 October, once again positioning itself as one of the most important events in the global agri-food sector.

SIAL Paris is considered, along with ANUGA in Cologne (Germany), to be one of the two most important food fairs in the world, both in terms of the number of exhibitors and the diversity of markets represented.
